The excitement of January has faded, the "newness" of the February schedule changes has settled in, and for many, this is where the "monotony" starts to feel heavy.

Competitor-Style Training | 40 Days to Prepare for the NEXUS Competition
Ready to train with purpose? You don’t need to be “ready.” You just need to be willing.
Built for Battle is a 40-day, strength & conditioning-style training program designed to sharpen your strength, build your energy, and prepare your body and mind for the NEXUS Community Competition. 💪 You do not have to compete in the NEXUS Community Competition to participate in our Built for Battle training program... but you’ll definitely be prepared to!
🗓 Dates: March 28th – May 6th
⚔️ Style: Winter Warrior–inspired
🏆 Purpose: Prepare for the NEXUS Community Competition on May 9th
What Built for Battle Includes:
🔥 Structured competitor-style programming starting with 1RM testing on March 28th!
🔥 5 Private Friday Training Sessions for all Battle Athletes from 6:15pm-7:30pm
🔥 DAILY exclusively-programmed workouts for the Battle Athletes over 40 days!
🔥 Skill development & movement efficiency!
🔥 Endurance-building workouts!
🔥 Coaching cues, pacing education & mindset tools!
🔥 Community accountability & team energy!
Here’s How It Works:
Athletes will complete 25 total workouts across 40 days, with rest days built in to support recovery and performance, making 40 total days of programming.
Monday–Friday: Battle programming will be released daily so that athletes can do it during open gym times, at home, or they can come during class times to get structure and coaching support.
*These won't be random workouts — this is training with direction. You’ll learn how to pace, how to recover, how to fuel, and how to show up confident on competition day.
Saturday: Make-up workout days from 10am-11am.
Sunday: Full rest day & Paleo prep!
*Pair it with the 40-Day Paleo Challenge for the full detox experience — clean fuel + intentional training = peak performance. The Paleo Challenge runs March 29th – May 8th, creating the ultimate mind–body reset and competition prep experience. Whether you’re planning to compete or simply want to train like a competitor, this program meets you where you’re at and pushes you forward with intention.
