Hands down the warmest and most welcoming gym atmosphere I've ever encountered. NEXUS has an incredible coach/owner/motivator/friend who goes above and beyond what should ever be expected. Highlights include ample 1:1 coaching, an extensive practice dedicated to each exercise, strict attention to safe movements, and a welcoming environment for people of EVERY level and background. The other reviews are spot on when they say that NEXUS is a family. It has been an absolute treat to be a part of it.
